Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from ABC Cork CO before the product is returned to ABC Cork Co for any reason. Unauthorized merchandise returns (e.g. not accompanied by an RMA number) will not be eligible for product credit.

If the product is returned for quality issues, Please detail the product's problem in a written document accompanying the returned product for ABC Cork Co to investigate and review.

Suppose a product is being returned for product credit or replacement. In that case, the returned product must be received by CABC Cork Co unbroken and unopened and within the expiration date to be accepted. No RMA or product credit will be issued for a product past the expiration date on the label. A 20% restocking fee will be applied (unless the product is returned for Product Quality Issues).

No cash refunds and/or credit card chargebacks will be given for returned merchandise. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at hello@questionscentral.com and send your item to ABC Cork Co., 653 Wilton Grove Road, London, ON N6N1N7, Canada, if you need to exchange it for the same item.

To return your product, you should mail the product to ABC Cork Co., 653 Wilton Grove Road, London, ON N6N1N7, Canada.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
